DESIGN SERVICES AGREEMENT
Between Design with Michelle, Co. and The Studio on El Paseo

Design with Michelle, Co.
Hourly Rate: $95/hour
Project Type: Branded Design Services across email, print, and digital platforms

1. Scope of Work
This project includes the following deliverables:

Email Signature Design + Setup – 0.5 hr – $47.50

Flodesk Brand Kit Setup – 1.5 hr – $142.50

Canva Brand Kit Setup – 1 hr – $95

5x7 Flyer Design (double-sided) – 2 hr – $190

Business Card + Retail Card Design – 2 hr – $190

Branded QR Code for Google Reviews Card – 0.5 hr – $47.50

Art Inquiry PDF + Experience Inquiry PDF (copy + design) – 1.5 hr – $142.50

2. Timeline & Delivery
Work will begin upon receipt of this signed agreement and any necessary assets.
Estimated completion within 2–3 weeks, barring delay in client feedback or approvals.

3. Revisions
Each design deliverable includes up to 2 rounds of revisions.
Additional revisions will be billed at the standard hourly rate of $95/hour and added to the final invoice.

4. Client Responsibilities
Client agrees to provide timely feedback, approvals, and required content (logos, brand voice preferences, links, etc.) to avoid delay in project delivery.

5. Payment Terms
Invoice of $855.00 is due upon project completion. 
Late payments may result in delay of final file delivery and incur a 5% late fee after 14 days.

6. File Delivery
Final deliverables will be provided in appropriate formats (PDF, PNG, or editable files as needed) via Google Drive/Dropbox/Canva upon full payment.

7. Ownership & Use
Upon full payment, client receives full usage rights to all final designs. Design with Michelle retains the right to showcase work in portfolio and promotional materials.

8. Cancellation
If the project is canceled by the client after work has begun, client will be responsible for payment of all work completed up to that point, billed at $95/hour.

9. Agreement
By signing below, both parties agree to the scope and terms outlined in this agreement.
