Monthly Estimated Total: 4 emails x $95 = $380/month + 1-time template fee $47.50
TOTAL: $427.50
Ongoing months will be estimated $380/month, assuming no new templates are needed.

EMAIL SERVICES AGREEMENT

Project Type: Monthly Email Design Retainer (Flodesk platform)
1. Scope of Work
This agreement includes the following deliverables each month:
The Studio on El Paseo
* 1 Flodesk email per week (4 total per month)
* Layout design, visual branding, light editing, and scheduling
* Topics may include upcoming events, classes, promotions, or community features
2. Client Responsibilities
* Final copy for each email must be submitted at least 5 business days before the scheduled send date
* Client must provide all relevant links (services, booking pages, products, featured content) with submission
* Final design draft will be submitted for approval prior to scheduling
3. Timeline and Delivery
Email design and scheduling will follow a weekly rhythm, assuming on-time content delivery from the client.
Design with Michelle will adhere to the agreed-upon publishing dates unless delayed by client-side feedback or submission delays.
4. Revisions
Each email includes 1 round of minor edits.
Additional revisions or copy changes after approval will be billed at the standard hourly rate of \$95/hour.
5. Payment Terms
Total for Month 1:
* 4 emails x \$95 = \$380.00
* One-time Flodesk template setup: \$47.50
TOTAL: $427.50
Ongoing Monthly Rate:
* $380.00/month for 4 emails
* Additional work beyond this scope will be billed hourly and added to monthly invoice
Invoices will be issued at the beginning of each month and due within 7 days o f invoice receipt. Late payments may result in paused delivery and a 5% late fee after 14 days.
6. File Access
Emails will be designed and scheduled directly within Flodesk using the client’s account.
Approved campaigns will remain accessible to the client for reuse or duplication.
7. Ownership and Use
Client retains full use rights for all final email designs created under this agreement.
Design with Michelle may showcase designs as part of her professional portfolio or promotional materials unless otherwise requested in writing.
8. Cancellation
Client may cancel the monthly retainer with 14 days' written notice.
If canceled mid-month, the client is responsible for payment of all completed work, billed at \$95/hour if outside of the 4-email scope.
9. Agreement
By signing below, both parties agree to the terms outlined in this agreement.
