SERVICE AGREEMENT
The Glow Up — Custom Brand + Website Package
This Agreement (“Agreement”) is made between Design with Michelle Co. (“Designer”) and Client (“Client”) as of the date signed below. By submitting payment, the Client agrees to the following terms and conditions.
1. PROJECT OVERVIEW
Designer will provide Client with a fully custom brand identity and custom Showit website under The Glow Up Package, as outlined below.
2. PROJECT SCOPE
A. Branding — The Golden Ticket Branding Package
Includes:
Full logo suite: primary, secondary, submarks
Curated font system
Custom color palette
Moodboard + visual direction
10 curated stock images
Brand DNA + personality exploration
Brand values, messaging, and positioning guide
Strategic brand framework for consistent visuals + messaging
B. Website Design — Showit
Includes:
Up to 10 custom-designed pages
(Home, About, Services, Offers, Sales Pages, Contact + up to 4 additional pages)
Fully custom Showit design
Optimized mobile design
Calendly or preferred scheduler integration
Flodesk or preferred email platform connection
Conversion-focused layout and user journey
Built-in on-page SEO structure
3. TIMELINE
Estimated project duration: 5–6 weeks, beginning once:
1st payment is received,
All required brand questionnaires + content are submitted.
Client assets (photos, copy, logins, etc.) are provided.
Delays in Client response, missing content, or incomplete feedback may extend the timeline.
4. INVESTMENT + PAYMENT TERMS
Total Investment: $3400 w/ $250 deposit - remaining $3150
Payment Options:
Pay in Full: $3400
Payment Plan: 3 payments of $1050
Payment Plan: 6 payments of $525
(First payment due to begin project; remaining payments billed every 30 days.)
All payments are non-refundable, as Designer reserves time and resources to complete this project.
5. REVISIONS
Client is entitled to:
2 rounds of revisions per phase
Branding
Homepage
Full Website Build
Additional revisions or scope changes will be billed at $95/hour, invoiced weekly.
A revision is defined as a batch list of changes delivered at one time. Requests sent separately may count as additional rounds.
6. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
Client agrees to:
Provide all copy, photos, brand details, and required assets in a timely manner.
Review and return feedback within 48–72 hours when possible.
Maintain subscriptions required for the project:
Showit — $29/mo
Maintain access to all third-party accounts needed for integration.
Client acknowledges that delays in responding or providing required materials may extend the project timeline.
7. DESIGNER RESPONSIBILITIES
Designer agrees to:
Deliver custom, original branding and website design.
Communicate progress clearly and provide regular updates.
Transfer Showit ownership upon completion and final payment.
Provide all brand assets in an organized drive folder.
Designer does not provide:
Ongoing website maintenance unless contracted separately.
Copywriting beyond layout guidance (unless purchased).
8. WEBSITE OWNERSHIP & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Upon final payment:
Client receives ownership rights to the final logo files, branding assets, and completed Showit website.
Designer retains rights to use project work in portfolios, marketing, and promotions.
Raw files, working files, or unused design concepts remain property of Designer unless otherwise agreed.
9. COMMUNICATION
Communication will occur via email, shared documents, or scheduled calls.
Designer’s working hours are Monday–Friday, unless otherwise stated.
10. CANCELLATION / TERMINATION
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice.
Payments made are non-refundable, and Client will receive all completed work up to the termination date.
If Client stops responding for 14 days, the project is paused.
After 30 days of no communication, the project is considered abandoned.
A restart fee may apply.
11. LIABILITY
Designer is not liable for:
Client’s failure to maintain subscriptions or platforms
Third-party platform changes or outages
Client agrees to review all deliverables before launch.
12. ACCEPTANCE
By submitting payment, and signing below, Client confirms they understand and accept all terms within this Agreement.
