1. Scope of Work
The Launchpad includes the following deliverables:
Branding :

Font and color selection

Brand values, messaging framework, and strategy guide

Custom Showit website with up to 8 pages (Home, About, Services, Offers, 2–3 Sales Pages, Contact)

Quarterly SEO review + update
2. Timeline and Process
Work will begin once the signed agreement and first payment are received.
Typical timeline is 4–6 weeks, depending on client response time and feedback.
Project timeline may be extended if there are delays in providing content, approvals, or communication.
3. Revisions
Each stage (branding, homepage design, full website build) includes 2 rounds of revisions.
Additional revisions will be billed at $95/hour and must be requested in writing.
4. Client Responsibilities
Client agrees to provide timely feedback, written content, brand details, and any required assets for completion.
All written copy must be finalized and submitted before website build begins.
5. Payment Terms
Payment must be made on time to continue project progress. Late payments may result in paused work and a 5% late fee after 7 days.
Final website will not be transferred or launched until payment is complete.
6. File Delivery and Launch
Final brand assets will be delivered via Google Drive or Dropbox.
Website will be designed in Showit. Ownership will be transferred to the client upon 50% payment and launch approval.
Client is responsible for Showit subscription fees.
7. Ownership and Promotion
Client receives full usage rights to all final designs upon payment.
Design with Michelle retains the right to showcase finished work in portfolio, website, and promotional materials.
8. Cancellation and Refunds
If the project is canceled by the client, all completed work to date will be billed at $95/hour.
All payments made are non-refundable. If on a payment plan, remaining balances are still due.
If the designer is unable to complete the project due to unforeseen circumstances, a fair refund will be issued based on work completed.
9. Agreement
By signing below, both parties agree to the scope, timeline, and terms outlined in this agreement.
